ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

SHIPPING TIMES

5–12 business days

International Orders:
7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Pet Mall is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED PACKAGES

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
• Check with household members or neighbors.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Pet Mall is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.
